Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Maya Logistics Consulting International ("MLCI"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

MLCI provides international logistics consulting services including, but not limited to, freight mode selection, customs clearance advisory, supply chain optimization, warehousing strategy, and trade lane development. Our services are provided on a consulting basis at our standard rate of $250 USD per hour.

Payment Terms

Consulting fees are billed at $250 USD per hour. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or check. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MLCI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details shared during our consulting engagements. This includes but is not limited to financial data, supply chain information, and business strategies.

Limitation of Liability

MLCI provides consulting advice and recommendations based on our professional expertise and the information provided to us. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Governing Law
